How should I care for my Rhinestone Collar or Rhinestone Leash?
We stand by the quality of our products, however they are meant to be worn as a fashion statement and not for rough play. Your pet’s new accessory should be treated and cared for like fine jewelry. Please remove your pet’s collar prior to bathing. To clean the rhinestones, use an extra soft toothbrush and a gentle soap. Dry with a soft towel. Please do not use liquid cleansers as they tend to damage the rhinestones.
Does FURRY offer custom collars and leashes?
We welcome custom orders. All of our collars and leashes can be made without rhinestones by request. Please email customerservice@FurryFashionista.com for details.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We strive to ship all of our orders within 24 hours of when the order is placed. We ship using USPS First Class Mail. Within the United States, most orders will arrive to the recipient within 6-7 days of when the order was placed, oftentimes sooner. International orders will usually arrive within 2-3 weeks.
Are gift certificates available?

What if I need to return my order?
We stand by our products! Should you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Our distribution center cannot process returns or exchanges without an RMA#. Please email CustomerService@FurryFashionista.com if you would like to return or exchange an item. Please consult our size chart to ensure the perfect fit for your pet! Should you need to exchange for a different size, we would be happy to do so, however the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping of the item, as well as the cost to ship the new item.
Are your products made in the United States?
All of our products are handmade in the United States, but we use beautiful materials from all over the world to create our unique line of designer rhinestone collars, leashes, and charms.
What type of rhinestones are used on the rhinestone dog and cat collars and rhinestone leashes?
We use the highest quality rhinestones available. Each crystal is held in place by sterling silver plated prongs.
Will the rhinestones come detached?
Our products are durable and we expect the quality and workmanship of your new collar and leash set will please you. Some dogs are capable of destroying almost any product. Ours products are well made and very durable—within reason of course.
The item is a gift. Do you offer gift-wrapping?
Our rhinestone dog collars, cat collars, leashes and charms make excellent gifts. We offer gift wrapping for any item purchased through our site, and can enclose a special note from you to the recipient as well.
