Please keep in mind that pets can be quite unpredictable (another reason why we love them!) and it is not possible to know how each pet will treat their accessories. We stand by the quality of our products, however they are meant to be worn as a fashion statement and not for rough play.

Your pet’s new accessory should be treated and cared for like fine jewelry. Please remove your pet’s collar prior to bathing. To clean the rhinestones, use an extra soft toothbrush and a gentle soap. Dry with a soft towel. Please do not use liquid cleansers as they tend to damage the rhinestones.

Please consult our size chart to ensure the perfect fit for your pet! We are no longer able to do exchanges due to sizing error free of charge. We are happy to do a size exchange if the buyer pays for return shipping of the item, and for the reshipment of the new item, however.

Should you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Our distribution center cannot process returns or exchanges without an RMA#. Please email CustomerService@FurryFashionista.com if you would like to return or exchange an item.
